At SHOPYDOOR LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our home & garden bathroom accessories, including our shower caddies. If for any reason you are not entirely happy, we’re here to help make returns and refunds straightforward.
Our Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@shopydoor.store or call us at +1 505-980-4760 during our business hours (Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM EST). Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
Return Shipping SHOPYDOOR LLC is pleased to cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label once your return request is approved. You will not be responsible for return shipping fees.
Restocking Fee We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Refund Process Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@shopydoor.store or +1 505-980-4760. We will arrange for a return or exchange and cover any associated shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Cancellation If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders within 1-2 business days, and once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned following our standard return policy.
