Our Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
Return Shipping SHOPYDOOR LLC is pleased to cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label once your return request is approved. You will not be responsible for return shipping fees.
Restocking Fee We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Refund Process Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
